摘要
目的探讨护理创新课程在不同专业学生中的实施及效果。方法在武汉某高校开设护理创新课程,将选修本课程的63名在校大学生作为研究对象,对其实施创新相关的理论和实践学习,调查课程前后学生的创新自我效能感变化,并对课程学习体验进行评价。结果经过32个学时的学习,学生创新效能感总分、敏感性、独创性、流畅性及灵活性得分均高于开展创新课程前的得分(P<0.05);学生对护理创新课程的总体评价持肯定态度。结论护理创新课程有效实现了不同学科间的交叉融合,引导学生开创以人为本的护理创新之路。
Objective To examine the effects of interdisciplinary nursing innovation course for students with different majors. Methods In a university in Wuhan,an interdisciplinary nursing innovation course was offered to 63 college students who selected the course. When the course was completed,students' creative self-eiticacy was investigated. Besides,students' evaluation of the course was also collected. Results After 32 hours of learning,the scores of total scale,sensitivity,originality,fluency and flexibility of were higher than those before the innovation course (P〈O.05). The students had a positive attitude towards the course. Conclusion The interdisciplinary nursing innovation course fills the gap of nursing innovation courses. It effectively promotes the disciplinary crossing and integration and guides the students to focus on "human".
