摘要
通过编制留任特岗教师职业认同量表和职业认同影响因素量表,以甘肃省留任特岗教师为研究对象,调查分析其职业认同现状和影响因素。发现:留任特岗教师的职业认同总体上处于中等偏上水平,在性别、教龄、职称、工资水平等变量上存在差异;同时,人际关系、教育信念等非物质因素对留任特岗教师职业认同影响较大。为提高特岗教师留任率,应关注特岗教师心理状态,提高教师效能感,积极探寻留任特岗教师的职业发展路径和激励机制。
Through the preparation of the retention special-post teacher’s occupational identity scale and the occupational identity influencing factors scale,those teachers in Gansu Province were selected as research objects to investigate and analyze the situation and influencing factors of their professional identity.The study found that the professional identity of retention special-post teachers is wholly at upper middle level;professional identity is different in gender,teaching age,professional title,salary level and other variables.At the same time,the non-material factors such as interpersonal relationship and educational beliefs have a great influence on the professional identity of retention special-post teachers.In order to improve the retention rate of special-post teachers,we should pay attention to the psychological status of special post teachers,improve teachers’sense of efficacy,and actively explore the career development path and incentive mechanism for retention special-post teachers.
