摘要
目的了解综合医院护士科研能力与组织创新氛围现状,并分析护士科研能力的影响因素,为提高护士科研能力提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、护士科研能力评定量表和护士组织创新氛围量表对某三级甲等综合医院513名护士进行调查。结果护士科研能力与组织创新氛围总分分别为(68.76±14.11)分、(60.14±11.66)分,科研能力与组织创新氛围呈正相关(r=0.306,P<0.05)。回归分析显示,学历、职称、职务及护士组织创新氛围是影响护士科研能力的主要因素。结论护士科研能力亟待提高,护士组织创新氛围处于中等水平,护士组织创新氛围越好,护士科研能力水平越高,提高临床护士组织创新氛围对改善其科研能力水平有积极促进的作用。
Objective To understand the current situation of nurses'scientific research ability and organizational innovation atmosphere and analyze the related influencing factors of nurses'scientific research ability,so as to provide the reference for improving nurses'research ability.Methods A total of 513 nurses in a 3A-level general hospital were investigated by general information questionnaires,the Nursing Staff Scientific Research Ability Rating Scale and the Organizational Innovation Atmosphere Scale.Results The total scores of nurses'scientific research ability and organizational innovation atmosphere were(68.76±14.11)and(60.14±11.66),there was positive correlation between them(r=0.306,P<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that educational background,professional title,position and organizational innovation atmosphere were the main influencing factors of nurses'scientific research ability.Conclusion Nurses'scientific research ability needs to be improved and the level of their organizational innovation atmosphere is at medium.Nurses'organizational innovation atmosphere is positively relevant to their scientific research ability,improving the organizational innovation atmosphere has a positive effect on promoting their scientific research ability.
