摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱法测定茶叶中氯噻啉残留量的分析方法。分别取红茶、绿茶、白茶、黄茶、黑茶样品,用混合试剂包进行提取净化,浓缩后用超高效液相色谱仪测定。选取甲醇+乙腈+0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,检测波长为270 nm。结果表明:在0.05~50 mg/kg线性范围内氯噻啉线性关系良好,线性方程为y=50 803x-977.95,相对系数为R^2=0.999 8,检出限(S/N=3)为0.1 mg/kg。样品在0.05, 0.8和1.5μg/m L三个不同质量浓度下的加标回收率收率在80%~110%之间,相对标准偏差RSD小于10%。该方法简便快捷,成本较低,适用于日常检测。
A method was established to determine the imidaclothiz residue in different kinds of tea by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC). The samples of black tea, green tea, white tea, yellow tea, black tea and black tea were extracted and purified with mixed reagent bags, and then the concentration was detected by UHPLC respectively. In the chromatographic analysis, separation was conducted under the isocratic elution using the mobile phases of methanol, acetonitdle and water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid. Lastly, the detection was accomplished at 270 nm through a diode array detector. The calibration curve showed a good linearity in the range of 0.05-50 mg/kg with the linear equation y= 50 803x-977.95 and the correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.999 8. The limit of detection of imidaclothiz residue in tea was 0.1 mg/kg (S/N=3). The yield of the sample at three different concentrations of 0.05, 0.8 and 1.5 μg/mL is between 80% and 110% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 10%. The advantages of this method were simple, fast and low cost, and the method was suitable for the determination of imidaclothiz residue in tea in routine analysis.
