摘要
主要研究了甘蓝植株中的氯噻啉残留分析方法,考察了 K_2CO_3水溶液洗涤对净化效果的影响,比较了 C_18键合硅胶层析柱和不同含水量硅胶层析柱的净化效果和回收率。处理后的样品经高效液相谱(HPLC)测定。
Sensitive and reliable HPLC method has been developed for the determination of imidaclothiz resi- due in cabbages.The developed method consisted of extracting with methanol,prewashing of the concentrated ex- tracts with petroleum ether and alkaline solution,silica gel column chromatography,and finally reversed-phase H { LC.The effects on recovery and cleanup of silica gel columns deactivated by different amounts of water and C_18- bonded silica gel column were compared.
