摘要
[目的]评价新型砜类杀菌剂二氯噁菌唑在马铃薯和土壤中的残留水平。[方法]马铃薯、马铃薯植株和土壤中二氯噁菌唑使用改进的Qu ECh ERS方法提取,超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)分析。2014年在贵阳、宿州进行了规范残留试验,测定了马铃薯和土壤中二氯噁菌唑的残留水平。[结果]二氯噁菌唑在马铃薯等3种基质中的定量限均为0.01 mg/kg,添加水平为0.01、0.1、1.0 mg/kg时,平均回收率为83.45%~101.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.45%~8.22%;在马铃薯和土壤中残留量<0.01 mg/kg。[结论]建立的方法能够满足二氯噁菌唑在马铃薯和土壤总的痕量分析要求。
[Aims] In order to evaluate the residue levels of the new sulfone fungicide erlvejunzuo(ELEJZ) in potato and soil. [Methods] The ELEJZ residues in soil, potato and potato foliage was extracted using a modified QuEChERS method and analyzed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography. Residual experiment was carried out in Guiyang and Suzhou city in 2014. The residue levels of ELEJZ in potato and soil were investigated. [Results] The limits of quantification(LOQ) of ELEJZ in three matrices were 0.01 mg/kg. When the fortified concentrations were 0.01, 0.1 and1.0 mg/kg, the average recoveries were 83.45-101.1% with relative standard deviations of 1.45-8.22%. The terminal residue levels in potato and soil were 〈 0.01 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The reported method could meet the requirement for the analysis of ELEJZ in trace amount in soil and potato.
