摘要
利用微波加热技术探索合成β-羰基砜类化合物绿色高效方法。反应温度、反应时间变量的筛选,利用微波加热技术探讨合成β-羰基砜类化合物的最优反应条件。对甲基苯亚磺酸钠和苯乙酮在反应温度为50℃、反应时间为10 min、1.5 mmol的碘做促进剂、1 mmol的三乙胺为添加剂时合成效果最佳。该合成方法目标产物2-对甲基苯磺酰基苯乙酮产率高达89%,产物纯度较高且后处理简单。
To explore a green and efficient method for the synthesis ofβ-carbonyl sulfone by microwave heating.The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis ofβ-carbonyl sulfone compound were investigated by microwave heating technology,using p-methylbenzenesulfonic acid and acetophenone as template substrates,through selecting the additives,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time.The best optimum reaction condition forβ-carbonyl sulfones compound was the reaction temperature set at 50℃when sodium p-methylbenzenesulfonate reacted with acetophenone,and the reaction time was 10 minutes,1.5 mmol iodine as accelerator,1 mmol triethylamine as additive.The yield of 2-p-methylbenzene sulfonyl acetophenone is up to 89%,and the product has high purity with simple post-treatment.
