摘要
随着我国经济持续快速发展,传统的粗放式发展难以为继,"生态文明建设"已越来越受到人们的重视。经济的可持续发展离不开绿色技术,企业的绿色技术创新是实现可持续发展的核心手段。在绿色技术创新实践中,必须转变原来的经营理念,通过构建良好的绿色技术创新系统,建立有实效的创新外部激励机制,完善有针对性的绿色技术创新的政策体系和法律法规制度,为企业绿色技术创新的顺利开展创造好的氛围和环境,充分发挥企业在绿色技术创新过程中的主动作用。
With the continuous and rapid development of Chinag economy, the traditional extensive development is unsustainable. Ecological civilization construction has been raised to the height of national development strategy. Green technology inno- vation can meet the needs of sustainable eeononfie developmenk Green technology- innovation is the core means to a- chieve sustainable developmenk In the practice of green technology innovation, enterprises should be encouraged and helped to change their managenlent concepts which are not conducive to sustainable development. Enterprises should es- tablish a new concept of energy- conservation, enfission reduction and green environmental protection. We should estab- lish an external incentive meehanisnl for green technology- innovation, and actively introduce various preferential policies conducive to green technology- innovation, and improve laws and regulations. We should build a national green technolo- gy- innovation system. It creates a good external environment for the smooth development of green technological innova- tion. We should improve the pluralistic framework of innovation subject centered on enterprises. We should give full play to the endogenous driving force and external power of enterprises＂ green technological innovation. We should strengthen the cooperation among enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions, and create a platform for the industri- alization of green technology- innovation.
