具体分析环境技术社会化过程中社会选择对环境技术的整合,论述环境技术社会选择的原则、特点;政策与经济发展水平选择环境技术;社会选择的复杂性及其意义;揭示环境技术社会化与其社会选择相关因素之间的双向互动关系。
It analyses concretely the integration of environmental technology in the course of the realization of its socialization with social selections, and deals with the principle and the characteristic of environmental technology of social selections; the policy and the level of economical development selections environmental technology; the meaning and the complexity of social selections. The interactive relation between environmental technology and the factors relate to social selection can be revealed.
