摘要
教师培养是整个民族的事业,新时代的教育事业需要大量的卓越教师来支持。师范生想要成为一名卓越教师,不仅要学习学科知识、教师职业技能,更重要的是有崇高的师德修养。为了培养出更多的卓越教师,教师教育应该在坚持传统的基础上有所创新,通过外部激励机制激发教师内在价值的实现。师范大学应加强对教师学科专业水平、职业知识与技能、师德修养的培养,革新教师教育的方式与方法。
Teachers training is a national cause and the educational cause of the new era requires the support of quantity of outstanding teachers. In the age of knowledge economy,an outstanding teacher should be noble in morality as well as to be mastery of skills and knowledge. Consequently,teachers education ought to encourage initiation while following tradition,stimulate the realization of teachers＇ inside value through outside mechanism,enhance the improving of teachers＇ professional knowledge,skills and morality,and reform teaching means and methodology.
