摘要
职业能力评价是职业教育改革发展的重要研究内容,如何评价高职毕业生的职业能力水平对提高人才培养质量发挥关键引导作用。高职院校可基于成果导向职业教育理念,依据胜任力测评原理,通过构建基于成果导向的岗位胜任力评价模型,达到全面真实评价职业岗位胜任能力的目的,引导工程测量技术专业人才培养质量标准与行业企业岗位要求对接,进一步促进人才培养质量的提高。
Professional competence evaluation is an important research content of vocational education reform and development. How to evaluate the professional competence level of higher vocational graduates plays a guiding role in improving the quality of talent training. Based on the result-oriented vocational education concept, higher vocational colleges realize a comprehensive and realistic evaluation of professional position competence by constructing a result-based competence evaluation model according to the principle of competence assessment, guide the connection of talent training quality standards and industry and enterprise requirements, and further promote the talent training quality.
