摘要 为了全面提升助产专业教学综合质量,需要结合现代化教育改革以及社会发展要求,加强培养助产士护生能力。情景教学法在应用当中主要是创建真实的岗位情境,学生在相应情境当中完成相关教学任务,能够有效提升专业学生岗位胜任力。该文通过实验研究,分析基于岗位胜任力的情景教学法在助产专业教学中的应用,促使助产专业学生全面提升学习自信心、应变能力以及沟通能力,有效增强学生岗位胜任力。 In order to comprehensively improve the midwifery professional comprehensive quality, we need to enhance the training of abilities of midwifery student nurses combined with the modern educational reform and social development requirement. The situational teaching method can effectively improve the position competence of professional students by creating the real position situation and making the students finish the related teaching task in the corresponding situation. The paper analyzes the application of Situational teaching method based on the position competence in the midwifery profession- al teaching by the experimental study thus promoting the students to comprehensively improve the confidence, coping abilities and communication abilities, and effectively enhancing the post competence.
