以岗位胜任能力培养为导向的医学教育模式思考 被引量:15

摘要 岗位胜任能力不仅是医学生综合素质的体现,还是在健康中国的大背景下,医学院校应用型人才培养的理想目标。其主要是由有效沟通能力、基本临床能力、应用基础知识指导临床的能力、终生学习的能力、自我意识等9个方面组成。这9个方面相辅相成,无论在医学知识的学习,还是在医疗诊断过程中的运用都发挥着重要的作用,目前的传统医学教育模式正在适应新的医疗环境改变以及新医学理念也正处于转变之中,本课题小组以在读医学生的视角提出:“整合式+反转式+情景化”的医学教育模式,或许可以作为一种创新性模式探索,为新时代应用型医学院校的教育模式变革提供有益思路。 The post competence is not only the embodiment of the comprehensive quality of medical students,but also the ideal goal of cultivating application-oriented talents in medical colleges and universities in the context of healthy China.It is mainly composed of nine aspects,such as effective communication ability,basic clinical ability,ability to apply basic knowledge to guide clinical practice,lifelong learning ability and self-consciousness.The nine aspects supplement each other,it plays an important role in the learning of medical knowledge and in the application of medical diagnosis,the traditional model of medical education is to adapt to new medical environment changes and new medical concept is also under change,also put forward this topic group to study the medical students’point of view:the“integrate type+inversion type+contextualized type”mode of medical education,which can provide beneficial ideas for the educational mode reform of application-oriented medical colleges in the new era.
