摘要
基于医教协同视角,通过研究高校附属医院建设运行和政策支持现状,分析校院医教协同建设和运行中存在的重点问题,针对问题提出“政府层面创新体制为医教协同创造良好的政策和制度环境”“加强高校自身建设,提升人才培养质量”“构建医教协同新机制”等建议,优化医学本科人才培养体系,更好地发挥高校附属医院人才培养主阵地的功能作用,推动高校医学人才培养质量进一步提升。
Based on the perspective of collaboration of medicine and education,this paper analyzes the key problems in the construction and operation of collaboration of medicine and education in colleges and universities through studying the status quo of construction,operation and policy support of university affiliated hospitals.In response to the problems,suggestions were put forward,such as"creating a good policy and institutional environment for collaboration of medicine and education through the innovation systems at the government level""strengthening the construction of universities themselves,and improving the quality of personnel training"and"building a new mechanism for collaboration of medicine and education".The medical undergraduate talent training system shall be optimized,the role of the main position of talent training in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities shall be given better play to,and the further improvement of the quality of medical talent training in colleges and universities shall be promoted.
