摘要
目的:分析近20年来本科医学教育研究热点和研究趋势,以期促进本科医学生教育的优化。方法:以CNKI期刊论文及硕士、博士论文为数据源进行文献计量分析,运用BibExcel、 SPSS 22.0和Ucinet 6.0软件统计高频关键词,构建共现矩阵,进行聚类分析并绘制出关键词共词网络。利用Citespace对关键词做突现分析,结合聚类结果共同分析研究热点。结果:本科医学教育围绕3条主线展开,即优化本科生培养模式;探讨教学方法改革,提升教学质量;聚焦不同专业教育的研究。结论:本科医学教育应当牢牢抓住发展机遇,在教育理念、培养模式、课程体系、教学方法等方面改革创新。应结合医学学科特点,加强医学学科与其他学科的交叉融合,以学生为出发点优化教学方法,重视并完善课程体系的建设,强化科研和创新能力教育,多方位提升学生能力和素养,探寻符合新时代要求的人才培养模式。
Objective:To analyze the research hot spots and trend of undergraduate medical education in recent 20 years to promote the optimization of the education of undergraduate medical students.Methods:The research uses CNKI as the data source to conduct bibliometric analysis of undergraduate medical education journals and masterpieces in the past 20 years,uses BibExcel,SPSS 22.0 and Ucinet 6.0 software to collect high frequency keywords,construct co-occurrence matrices,and do the cluster analysis and draw a keyword common word network.Using Citespace to make a burst detection analysis of keywords,combined with clustering results to jointly analyze research hot spots and research trends.Results:Undergraduate medical education was carried out around three main lines,the cultivation of medical talents and the optimization of undergraduate training mode,the reform of teaching methods based on students and the improvement of teaching quality;the research of education of different majors.Conclusion:Undergraduate medical education should firmly grasp the development opportunities and reform and innovate in terms of educational concepts,training models,curriculum systems and teaching methods.We should combine the characteristics of medical disciplines,strengthen the integration of disciplines and technology,optimize the teaching methods based on students,attach importance to and improve the construction of curriculum system,strengthen the education of scientific research and innovation ability,enhance students'ability and quality,to explore talents training mode that meet the requirements of the new era.
