翻转课堂+情景式模拟教学在急诊住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用价值分析

摘要 目的分析翻转课堂+情景式模拟教学在急诊住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月新疆博州人民医院的196名急诊住院医师作为研究对象,根据不同教学方法,将98名采用传统教学的住院医师设为对照组,另外98名采用翻转课堂+情景式模拟教学的住院医师设为观察组,对比两组教学前后理论、实践考核评分及两组急诊住院医师对教学效果(指标包括:增强自主学习能力、增强团队合作精神、增强学习兴趣、增强沟通交流能力、增强理论知识的理解、增强临床思维能力、增强记忆能力)的满意度评分。结果教学前,两组理论、实践考核评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组理论、实践考核评分均显著提高,且观察组理论、实践考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对增强自主学习能力、增强团队合作精神、增强学习兴趣、增强沟通交流能力、增强理论知识的理解、增强临床思维能力、增强记忆能力等教学效果的满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂+情景式模拟教学在急诊住院医师规范化培训教学中具有良好的应用效果,能显著提升急诊住院医师的理论、实践能力,提升其对临床教学效果的满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of flipped classroom+situational simulation teaching in the teaching of standardized training of emergency medicine residents.Methods 196 emergency residents from the People's Hospital of Bozhou,Xinjiang,from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,according to different teaching methods,98 residents who used traditional teaching were set as the control group,and the other 98 residents who used flipped classroom+situational simulation teaching were set as the observation group.The theoretical and practical assessment scores before and after teaching and the satisfaction scores of emergency residents in both groups on the teaching effects(indicators included:enhanced independent learning ability,enhanced teamwork spirit,enhanced interest in learning,enhanced communication ability,enhanced understanding of theoretical knowledge,enhanced clinical thinking ability,and enhanced memory ability)were compared.Results Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of theoretical and practical assessment scores(P>0.05).After teaching,the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the two groups were significantly improved,moreover,the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group scored significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of satisfaction with teaching effects such as enhancing autonomous learning ability,team spirit,learning interest,communication ability,understanding of theoretical knowledge,clinical thinking ability and memory ability,and enhancing memory ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom+situational simulation teaching has a good application effect in the standardized training and teaching of emergency residents,which can significantly improve the theoretical an
