摘要
地铁盾构隧道施工中由于盾构到达时接收端主体结构未施工或盾构出洞端头未进行加固导致盾构无法接收的情况。采用钢套筒密闭结构施工工艺有效解决上述情况带来的风险。以地铁区间为实例,在借鉴以往经验的基础上,在接收端未施工二衬结构的情形下,对盾构钢套筒接收[1]进行研究,考虑防水及其密闭性,为相关地铁盾构隧道施工提供了指导和借鉴。
The situation that the shield is unable to receive the shield in the construction of the shield tunnel,because the main structure of the receiving end of the shield is not constructed or the end of the shield is not strengthened. The construction technology of steel sleeve closed structure can effectively solve the risks brought by the above situation. Taking the subway interval as an example,on the basis of the previous experience, the receiving of the shield steel sleeve is studied under the condition that the structure is not constructed at the receiving end. The water proof and its tightness are considered, which provide guidance and reference for the construction of the related subway shield tunnel.
