摘要 盾构组装始发与到达施工是整个盾构施工的重点环节之一,盾构始发与到达掘进必须保证盾构机顺利、安全、快速地通过预留洞门,并为下一步施工提供较好的施工条件。重庆主城排水过江隧道工程采用泥水盾构施工,结合现场施工过程中泥水盾构的始发与到达施工技术,对泥水盾构深井下组装始发与到达施工各工序进行介绍。 Erection, launching and arrival of shield machines are critical processes of the complete tunnel construction by means of shield machines. The launching and arrival of the shield machines must be conducted in such a way that the shield machines should pass through the pre-built portals smoothly, safely and rapidly and good construction prerequisite should be provided for the following construction activities. A slurry shield machine is adopted for the construction of the Yangtze River Crossing tunnel in Chongqing, which is one part of Chongqing Urban Environment Protection Project. This paper presents the detailed processes of the erection, launching and arrival of the shield machine in deep shafts.
