摘要
针对地铁工程传统锚栓安装存在的问题,给出了大直径盾构预埋套筒外挂槽道技术方案,解决了传统锚栓安装效率低、对管片结构损伤大,后期运营维护复杂的难题。通过数值模拟分析预埋件受力性能及对管片变形的影响,与试验数据对比分析验证了技术的可行性。工程应用表明:采用外挂槽道每km盾构区间单价增加91.86万元,施工工效能提高20%,确保盾构管片质量可靠度,直接降低后期运营维护成本,并有利于降低建设项目的全生命周期成本,整体经济社会效益突出。
Aiming at the problems existing in the installation of traditional anchor bolts in subway engineering,the technical scheme of large diameter shield tunneling with embedded sleeve external channel is presented,which solves the problems such as low installation effi‐ciency of traditional anchor bolts,great damage to segment structure and complex operation and maintenance in the later stage.Through nu‐merical simulation,the mechanical properties of embedded parts and their influence on segment deformation are analyzed,and the feasibility of the technology is verified by comparing with the experimental data.The engineering application shows that the unit price per kilometer of shield section increased by¥918600 by using external channel,the construction efficiency could be improved by 20%,the quality and reli‐ability of shield segments could be ensured,the operation and maintenance costs in the later period could be directly reduced,and the whole life cycle cost of the construction project could be reduced,and the overall economic and social benefits were outstanding.
