摘要
为规避萧山机场站航站楼下富水砂层盾构接收可能出现的接收端渗漏突涌、运营隧道变形、航站楼沉降等风险,依托杭州地铁机场快线7号风井~萧山机场站盾构接收工程实践,提出了端头控制性降水、WSS水平注浆加固、短套筒接收、盾尾弃置快速封堵等系列确保盾构接收安全和控制周边变形的方案与技术措施,有效解决了航站楼下富水砂层盾构接收可能出现的重大风险,控制了运营地铁隧道和航站楼地面建筑变形。
In order to avoid the risk of leakage and sudden surge at the receiving end,deformation of the operating tunnel,settlement of the terminal and other risks that may occur when shield machine receives the water rich sand layer under the terminal building of Xiaoshan Airport Station,based on the practice of shield machine receiving project from No.7 air shaft of Hangzhou Metro Airport Express to Xiaoshan Airport Station,it is proposed that the end controlled precipitation,WSS horizontal grouting reinforcement,short sleeve receiving A series of schemes and technical measures,such as the quick plugging of the discarded shield tail,to ensure the safety of shield machine re-ception and control the surrounding deformation,have effectively solved the possible major risks of shield machine reception in the water rich sand layer under the terminal,and controlled the deformation of the operating subway tunnel and the ground building of the terminal.
