摘要
高承压水软土地层盾构始发技术难度大,安全风险突出。为降低始发风险,采用外置钢箱、橡胶帘布密封、惰性砂浆填充等技术措施确保盾构安全始发,达到了控制盾构机始发中的施工风险的目的。实践表明,高水压软土地层采用外置钢箱始发,效果良好,可为类似工程提供参考。
Shield tunneling in high confined water soft soil stratum is difficult to develop and its safety risks are prominent.In order to reduce launching risk,the technical measures such as external steel box,rubber curtain sealing and inert mortar filling are adopted to ensure safe launching of shield tunneling,so as to control construction risk during launching process of shield tunneling machine.The practice shows that high confined water soft soil stratum launches with an external steel box,which has a good effect and can be used for reference for similar projects in the future.
