钢套筒平衡技术在泥水平衡盾构出洞工程中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 钢套筒结合端头加固辅助盾构始发已广泛于隧道建设中,但在高水压、复杂地质等环境下,端头加固效果不佳,且现有的钢套筒辅助始发技术不成熟,存在较高的风险。在广州13号线一期工程南岗站—温涌路站区间中,针对始发端超高水压、周围管线和房屋密集等复杂环境条件,通过对钢套筒关键技术进行分析及改进,在无端头加固的条件下,采用泥水平衡盾构钢套筒始发。工程实践表明,此工法取得了较为理想的效果。 Being the auxiliary structure to shield launching, the steel sleeve in combination with wall reinforcement measures has been applied widely in tunnel construction. But wall reinforcement effect is not satisfactory and the im- mature technology of steel sleeve auxiliary launching has higher risks. Through analysis and improvement of the key technology, slurry balanced shield steel sleeve without wall reinforcement is applied to shield launching for a tunnel section from Nangang Station to Wenchong Station on the first-stage project of Guangzhou metro Line 13, the origi- nating terminal of which fetures higher water pressure, dense pipelines and buildings, complex environment and so on. Practice of the project indicates that the technology has obtained ideal effect.
