摘要
回顾了医院“学科树”培育战略的做法,包括学科建设擂台赛、鼓励技术创新、加强人才梯队建设,强化团队学习、注重医学转化、建立学科建设管理循环等,提出学科树培育战略应坚持公平公正理念、学科带头人应管理与技术并重、学科建设应量力而行、学科发展要传承和创新并举。
A review is made on the hospital's practices in discipline tree cuhivation strategy. These approaches include contests in disciplinary development, encouragement of technology innovation, optimizing talents echelons, strengthening team learning, advocating medical translation, and setting up disciplinary construction management cycle among others. The authors proposed to insist in the principles of justice and equity, parallel development of technology and management for discipline leaders, development within capabilities, and upholding both inheritance and innovation.
