摘要
临床中心和重点学科建设是上海市卫生系统持续发展的基础和重要保证。我国关于医学临床中心和重点学科的评价体系与国外相比,还有不少差距。文章通过整理与分析国内外相关文献资料,为上海市"重中之重"医学临床中心和重点学科指标体系框架设计提供理论基础,为实现综合、有效、客观、科学的评估指标体系提供参考及建议。
The construction of medical clinical centers and key disciplines is the foundation of sustainable development of the healthcare system of Shanghai Municipality. There is a big gap between China and developed countries in terms of accreditation indicators for medical clinical centers and key disciplines. Through review of related literature about characteristics of some representative hospital accreditation standards implemented in the developed countries,this paper provides theoretical basis for the design and establishment of the frame of index system for the prior medical clinical centers and key disciplines in Shanghai and puts forward measures to establish a comprehensive,effective,objective and scientific evaluation index system.
