摘要
随着社会经济水平的提高、人口结构的改变、健康需求的增长和医疗卫生的发展,护理学科作为维护和促进人类健康的基础和主干学科,越来越受到国家和社会的重视。在2011年3月颁布的《学位授予和人才培养学科目录》中,护理学通过了国务院学位委员会的批准,正式被提升为一级学科。这不仅有力地促进了护理学的全面发展,也为学科的建设提供了广阔的平台。然而,目前我国护理学科建设仍存在学科定位模糊、专业人才匮乏、评价指标不健全、交叉体系不完善、建设经费捉襟见肘等问题。因此,文章针对“双一流”建设背景下护理学科的建设与发展,从多个方面进行了分析与探讨,提出了护理学科建设的有效措施,以便为相关人员提供一定的参考。
With the improvement of socio-economic level,the change of population structure,the growth of health demand and the development of medical and health care,nursing,as the basis and main discipline of maintaining and promoting human health,has been paid more and more attention by the state and society.In the“Discipline Catalogue of Degree Awarding and Talent Training”issued in March 2011,nursing was approved by the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council and formally promoted to a first-tier discipline.This not only effectively promotes the all-round development of nursing,but also provides a broad platform for the construction of the discipline.However,at present,there are still some problems in nursing discipline construction in China,such as vague discipline orientation,lack of professionals,imperfect evaluation index and cross-system,shortage of construction funds and so on.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the construction and development of nursing discipline under the background of“double first-class”construction,and puts forward some effective measures for nursing discipline construction,in order to provide some reference for relevant personnel.
