摘要 县级医院学科后备人才的管理和培养是医院可持续发展的关键。县级医院如何进行学科后备人才培养,浙江大学医学院进行了探索和实践,在培养目标、课程设置、过程培养、考试考核等方面进行了科学的设计,实践证明这种方法行之有效,对促进县级医院学科后备人才的培养和发展具有极大的推动作用。 The management and training of discipline reserve talents in county hospitals is the key to the sustainable development of hospi- tals.At the county level hospitals how to train the subject reserve personnel training,the Zhejiang University medical college has carried on the exploration and practice,and has carried on the scientific design in the training target, the course setting, the process training, the examination examination and so on. The practice has proved that this method is effective and can promote the training and development of the reserve talents of the county hospital. A great boost.
