摘要
目的探讨一对一导师制在助产士临床实践培训中的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样法选取2016年9月—2017年9月在河南省某三级医院参加培训的54名助产士为研究对象,采用一对一导师制进行临床实践培训,经3个月培训后,比较助产士核心胜任力和一般自我效能感。结果培训后,助产士核心胜任力的总均分为(4.14±0.33)分,助产士一般自我效能感总分为(29.19±5.74)分,均高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论对助产士采用一对一导师制临床实践培训,能有效提高其核心胜任力和自我效能感。
Objective To explore the effects of one-to-one preceptorship in midwife specialist training. Methods The purposive sampling was used to select 54 midwives who participated in the one-to-one preceptorship training at a tertiary hospital in Henan province from September 2016 to September 2017. After three months training,the core competency and general self-efficacy of the midwives were evaluated. Results After the training,the core competence of midwives was(4.14 ±0.33),the general self-efficacy of midwives was(29.19 ± 5.74) which were high- er than that before training (P〈0.01). Conclusion One-to-one preceptorship training for the midwife can effectively improve core competence and self-efficacy.
