摘要
在我国实施创新驱动发展战略、建设创新型国家的背景下,工程科技人才培养具有重要意义。目前,我国工程硕士培养存在培养模式缺乏创新、导师主导作用弱化、专业实践训练不足和学位论文评价机制不完善等问题。构建合理的工程硕士人才培养体系,需要准确定位人才培养目标,优化教育教学体系,完善导师指导机制,创新人才培养模式,建立健全质量评价监督保障体系。
It is important to train the engineering talents under the background of implementing the innovation driven development strategy and the building of an innovative country in China. However,some problems existing in the training of engineering masters,such as the lack of innovation in training mode,the weakness in tutor leading role,the lack of professional practice training and the imperfection of evaluation mechanism of dissertation,and so on. We should explore and construct a reasonable training system for master of engineering talents,including reform personnel training objectives,optimize education and teaching system,perfect tutorial guidance mechanism,reform talents training mode,and establish and improve quality evaluation supervision and guarantee system.
