摘要
近些年全日制工程硕士培养虽然发展迅猛,但在课程体系设置、实践教学环节、师资队伍工程经历、校企合作机制、学位论文标准等方面还存在着一些问题与不足,这需要我们在这些方面切实采取有效措施加以改进,以期达到为企业培养出高素质的应用型、复合型工程技术和管理人才的目标。
In recent years,the cultivation of full time engineering post graduates has been developing rapidly. However,there are still some problems and shortcomings in the curriculum system,practice teaching,teaching staff,cooperation with enterprises,which call for effective measures for improvement to cultivate practical,high quality and inter disciplinary engineering talents for enterprises.
