摘要
结合专业学位研究生金属塑性成形新技术课程的内容和特点,构建了该课程教学案例库,并运用于教学中。课程案例选自科研项目和工程实践,具有前沿性和实践性。引入实景案例,加强了理论和实践联系,提高了学生的学习兴趣。案例库建设中明确了教学目的,提出了关键问题,讲明了分析思路、理论依据和应用背景。采取研讨式、互动式教学模式,通过师生共同分析、讨论和总结获得最终结论。最后举了汽车覆盖件成形过程的数值模拟实例教学案例的构建方法。
Combined with the content and characteristics of New Technology of Metal Plastic Forming,the teaching case base of this course is constructed and applied in the teaching.The course cases are selected from scientific research projects and engineering practice,which are of advanced and practical characters.The introduction of real cases strengthens the connection between theory and practice,which can enhance students'interest in learning.In the case formulation,the teaching purpose is clarified,the key issues are raised,and the analytical thinking,theoretical basis and application background are explained.It adopts the teaching mode of discussion and interaction,and gets the final conclusion through the analysis,discussion and summary by teachers and students together.At last,the construction method of the teaching case of numerical simulation of automobile cover forming process is presented.
