摘要
目的:以高职高专医学生学习自觉性和学习动机等学习品质为构想进行问卷编制,旨在为教学效果评估提供依据。方法:在前人研究及对有经验的教师访谈基础上编制初步问卷题目,经学生挑选确定初步问卷题目62项。采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取某高职高专医学生一年级和二年级学生512名进行测试,回收有效问卷506份。通过对项目进行题总相关分析,提取相关系数大于0.3的项目进行探索性因素分析确定因子数。采用重测信度、内部一致性信度测试确认量表信度。另行抽取一年级925名学生进行校标关联效度分析进行效度评价。结果:采用主成分分析法进行探索性因素分析,样本KMO=0.886,Bartlett’s球形检验χ^2=4945.141,dF=435,P=0.000;筛选问卷项目27项,形成5个因子,累积解释方差51.865%。分量表和总量表的重测信度系数为F1=0.965,F2=0.967,F3=0.668,F4=0.720,F5=0.553,总量表=0.949(P〈0.01),基于标准化项的Cronbach'sα系数为0.872。各分量表及总量表的效标关联效度为F1=0.679,F2=0.713,F3=0.694,F4=0.704,F5=0.807,总量表=0.828(P〈0.01)。结论:初步判定量表信度、效度基本达到量表可用要求。
Objective:The scale is complied to obtain information of medical students' will of learn,motivation,and other qualities respect to study,which will provide the basis for the evaluation of teaching effect.Methods:A preliminary questionnaire was constructed based on previous studies and interviews with experienced teachers,from which 62 items were selected by students to form the initial questionnaire.512 vocational medical college freshmen and sophomores,selected by stratified cluster random sampling,completed the questionnaire and 506 were determined as valid.Any item whose Pearson correlation coefficient with total〉0.3 was extracted for factor exploration.The reliability of the scale was confirmed by retest reliability as well as internal consistency reliability;validity was determined by criterion-related validity that came from 925 freshmen.Results:Exploratory factor analysis was carried out by principal component analysis:KMO=0.886,and Bartlett's spherical test revealed thatχ~2=4945.141,df=435,P=0.000;27 questionnaire items were confirmed,forming five factors,with a cumulative explanatory variance of51.865%.The retest reliability coefficients of subscales are F1=0.965,F2=0.967,F3=0.668,F4=0.720,F5=0.553,and that of scale was 0.949,plus Cronbach'sαwas 0.872.The criterion-related validity of subscales are F1=0.679,F2=0.713,F3=0.694,F4=0.704,F5=0.807,and that of scale was 0.828.Conclusion:Preliminarily,both reliability and validity meet scale requirements.
