On Teachers' Role Anxiety and Its Overcoming——Analysis Based on the Personality Mask and Shadow Theory

摘要 焦虑已成为困扰当前教师的主要心理问题,并集中地体现于以职业倦怠为特点的生活负性情绪体验,以及面对各种问题时产生的无力感进而感受到的价值失落焦虑。本文以荣格的人格面具和阴影理论为基点,从教师角色本身出发,试论当前中小学教师焦虑的本因及克服。教师应该正视焦虑问题,合理运用教师人格面具,深入面具后面体验真实,整合人格阴影,发展完善真实的自我。学校和社会亦应关注教师焦虑问题,理性看待教师人格面具,让教师诗意地栖息。 Anxiety has become the main typical psychological problem that perplexes current teachers, which is mainly reflected by the negative emotional experience of life characterized by job burnout, sense of powerlessness, and value loss anxiety that are felt in the face of various problems. Based on Carl Jung's theory of personality mask and shadow, starting from the role of teach~ ers, this paper discusses the causes and solutions of the anxiety of primary and secondary school teachers. Teachers should face up to the problem of anxiety, rationally use their personality mask, experience the truth behind the mask, integrate the shadow of personality, and develop and perfect the real self. Schools and society should also pay attention to teachers' anxiety, rationally treat their personas and let them live in poetry.
