摘要
当前,我国高等职业教育发展迅猛,成绩喜人,但同时也出现了诸多问题。随着高职院校办学规模的扩大,工作在教学一线的高职教师面临越来越多的新挑战,压力倍增,进而引发“焦虑”情绪,这对其身心健康和工作状态造成了较大影响。文章在深入分析高职教师“焦虑”成因的基础上,提出了应对策略,以期帮助高职教师走出“焦虑”泥潭。
The rapid development of our higher vocational education brings good results as well as some problems.Higher vocational teachers who have been teaching for years are under great pressure when facing more and more new challenges and some end up with anxieties in mind.This thesis gives a few practical solutions based on some deep researches concerning this problem.
