摘要 目的:探讨高校教师心理健康状况。方法:采用便利抽样法选取217名高校教师,采用主观幸福感量表及SCL-90量表对高校教师进行问卷调查。结果:高校教师总分和阳性项目数指标筛查阳性率分别为7.37%和46.08%。阳性症状因子的检出率从高到低排序依次为:敌对、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、偏执、精神病性以及恐怖、焦虑、抑郁;217名高校教师SCL-90量表总分为(114.39±19.88)分,显著低于全国常模(t=-11.54,P=0.000);主观幸福感的总分为(88.75±11.51)分,显著高于常模(t=34.45,P=0.000);教师主观幸福感总分与SCL-90总分及10个维度均呈显著负相关(r=-0.58^-0.19,P=0.000);抑郁、焦虑、精神病性、婚姻状况、学校性质、敌对6个因子对教师主观幸福感产生显著影响,标准回归系数分别为-0.52、-0.30、-0.31、0.14、-0.13及-0.17,P<0.005~0.000,它们可以解释主观幸福感总变异的42.5%。结论:高校教师心理症状水平较高,主观幸福感处于中等,心理症状越轻则主观幸福感越高;抑郁、焦虑、精神病性、敌对是影响教师主观幸福感的重要因素。 Objective :To investigate the mental health of university teachers .Methods :A cross - section study was conducted in 217 university teachers with SCL - 90 and SWBS - CC20 .Results :Screening positive symptoms based on total score ≥ 160 and factor score ≥ 2 ,the detection rates of general positive symptoms among university teachers were 7 .37% and 46 .08% respectively .And the detection rates of general positive symptoms in descending order were hostility ,obsessive - compulsion ,interpersonal sensitivity ,paranoia ideation ,psychoticism ,phobias ,anxiety and de-pression .The total score of SCL - 90 was 114 .39 ± 19 .88 ,with lower than the norm (t = -11 .54 ,P = 0 .000) .The total score of SWBS - CC20 was 88 .75 ± 11 .51 ,with higher than the norm (t = 34 .45 ,P = 0 .000) .The total score and all the sub - scores of SCL - 90 were negatively correlated with the score of SWBS - CC20 (r = -0 .58 ~ -0 .19 ,P =0 .000) .Depression ,anxiety ,psychoticism ,martial status ,key university or not and hostility were the important influ-ential factors of subjective well - being and the standard regression coefficient were from-0 .52 to 0 .14 ,P 〈 0 .05 .And they explained 42 .5% of the variance .Conclusion :The level of SCL - 90 is high while the level of subjective well - be-ing is moderate in university teachers .The less serious the mental symptoms are ,the higher the level of subjective well - being .Depression ,anxiety ,psychoticism ,and hostility are influential factors of subjective well - being of uni-versity teachers .
