摘要
通过对1994年-2005年间国内关于教师心理健康的研究状况的分析可见,以往教师心理健康的研究存在诸如研究类型和研究方法单一、研究工具单一以及研究水平低等问题。比较而言,高校教师心理不健康检出率最高,与幼儿教师和中小学教师间有显著差异;随着时代发展,教师心理不健康的检出率递增,且特别是21世纪后,增长很快;农村教师心理健康状况总体上比城镇教师差;40岁以上年龄段的教师心理健康状况显著差于其他年龄段,但30岁以下年龄段教师心理健康状况好于普通人群,女教师的心理健康状况总体上差于男教师。故应关注教师的心理健康问题,着力提高教师心理健康研究的水平,开展深入的调查研究、严密的实验研究和高质量的质性研究。
According to the analysis on teachers' mental health research status during 1994-2005 in China, it showed that there were some deficiencies with the previous teachers' mental health research such as single research category and research method, single research tool and low research level. The detection rate of university teachers' ill mental health is the highest, compared with that of the preschool, primary and secondary school teachers. As the time going, the detection rate of ill mental health of teachers is increasing very fast especially in the 21st century. Generally speaking, the rural teachers' mental health status is worse than that of the urban teachers. The mental health status above 40 years old is obviously worse than that of the other ages. However, the mental health status below 30 ages is better than that of the ordinary people, and the female teachers' mental health status is normally worse than that of the male teachers. Therefore, we should pay attention to the teachers' mental health issues, exert ourselves to improve the level of teachers' mental health research, and carry out deep investigation research, rigorous experiment research and qualitative research of high quality.
