摘要
成人转化学习理论兴起于20世纪80、90年代,是当代美国重要的学习理论之一。该理论对于阐释成人学习的过程、指导成人教育教学实践活动具有重要作用。本文试对成人转化学习理论的内容及其发展进行梳理与评述,以期更好地指导成人终身学习和成人教育教学实践。
Adult transformative learning theory emerged in 80、90s of the 20th century,which has been one of the important learning theories in contemporary American. The theory plays an important role in the process of adult learning explanation and teaching practice. This article attempts to review the content and development of adult transformative learning so that it could guide the adult lifelong learning and adult education and teaching practice.
