混合式教学在高职护理学基础实践教学中的应用 被引量:28

摘要 目的探讨混合式教学在高职护理学基础实践教学中的实施效果。方法基于"电脑端-手机端"平台建设护理学基础实践课程线上资源,设计适合实践教学的混合式教学模式。114名护理高职生进行了护理学基础课程的学习。通过平台数据评价学生对混合式教学的参与情况,采用问卷调查效果及满意度。结果线上资源人均总访问次数56~482(213.6±77.0)次;任务点共65个,任务完成百分比32.3%~100%(95.8%±27.1%);微课总时长239.8 min,视频观看时长83.9~1028.7(419.9±179.7)min;人均单个视频反刍比0.4~5.0(1.9±0.7);学生参与讨论次数为8.8次/人。学生对混合式教学模式的满意度达84.6%,对线上微课程资源的满意度达86.4%,对提高技能学习的满意度达86.3%,对课堂互动的满意度达91.8%,对手机学习的满意度为83.7%,90.0%的学生希望能够在其他课程中使用混合式教学。结论混合式教学模式可以提高高职学生实践课教学的有效性,提高课堂参与度和满意度,为形成性评价提供依据。 Objective To evaluate the effects of the blended learning applied in the practical teaching of Fun-damentals of Nursing. Methods Based on the platform of computer-mobile phone terminal,practical teaching online resources of Fundamentals of Nursing were set up,with a reconstructed blended learning model. One hundred and fourteen vocational nursing students participated in the course. Students involvement and satisfaction level were measured. Results Totally times of course visit ranged from 56 to 482 times (213.6±77.0). Thirty-two point three to 100 percent of 65 tasks were finished. The whole time length of micro-lessons was 239.8 minutes with a watching time range of 83.9 to 1028.7 minutes (419.9±179.7)minutes. Ruminate ratio stared from 0.4 to 5.0 (1.9±0.7), while the mean discussion times were 8.8. Meanwhile,the satisfaction rate with the teaching mode was 84.6%,while 86.4% with the online resource,86.3% with nursing skills improvement,91.8% with face-to-face interaction,and 83.7% with learning by mobile phone. 90.0% students wished the blended learning could be used in other courses. Conclusion Blended learning can enhance the effects of practical learning,improve the participation rate and satisfaction,and provide the evidence of formative appraisal.
