摘要
通过空间探索分析法等,从空间和时间两个层面,分析2003—2016年中国省域乳制品消费水平区域格局变化及其特征。结果表明:2003—2016年中国乳制品消费水平呈现一定的集聚特征,以2008年为分界,2003—2008年集聚程度不断扩大,2008—2016年略有下降并趋于稳定;从区域人均乳制品消费来看,整体表现为"北高西低"的特征;从乳制品消费水平冷点和热点布局特征来看,2003—2016年热点区增加了上海、浙江、江苏、福建4个地区;河北、辽宁、山东等地区在此期间经历了热点区—过渡区—热点区的波动;冷点区基本变化不大,主要分布在中国南方地区,总体上形成了东西差异、南北变迁的特征。
Composed by space exploration analysis, with the aspects of spatial-temporal, the authors analyzed China’s provincial dairy products consumption level of regional pattern change and its characteristics from 2003 to 2016. The results showed that the consumption level of dairy products in China conveyed a certain concentration, which was divided in 2008. The agglomeration level of dairy products consumption in China increased during 2003-2008, while declined slightly from 2008 to 2016 and to be stabilized. From the perspective of regional per capita dairy products consumption, the overall performance was characterized by "north higher than west". From the characteristics of cold point and hotspot layout of dairy products consumption, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Fujian were added to hot spots during 2003-2016, and at the same time, Hebei, Liaoning and Shandong experienced the fluctuation of hotspots-transition zone-hotspots, while the basic changes of the cold point area were not large, mainly distributed in the southern part of China, in general,the spatial pattern formed the characteristics of east-west differences and south-north changes.
