摘要
2000—2015年间中国产业结构水平的全域Moran’s I指数均为正,且在1%的水平上显著,这说明中国产业结构水平具有明显的空间自相关特征;局域Moran’s I指数也显示在26个样本中有超过一半的省市表现出正的空间相关性。高技术产业对产业结构具有明显的促进效应,并且这种影响可以外溢到其他地区,但是辐射距离有限。随着国内外技术差距逐渐缩小,技术引进越来越困难,在自主创新能力远不能满足产业结构升级需求的情况下,人力资本和技术进步均对产业结构升级表现出抑制作用,而外商直接投资、城镇化和基础设施建设对产业结构升级促进作用明显。
The global Moran's I index of China industrial structure from 2000 to 2015 is positive and significant at the 1%lev-el,indicating that the level of China’s industrial structure has obvious spatial autocorrelation characteristics.Simultaneously the local Morals I index also demonstrates that more than half of the 26 provinces and cities show positive spatial correlation.The high tech-nology industry has obvious promoting effect on the industrial structure,and this effect can spill over to other areas within a limited distance.With the gradually narrowing of technology gap at home and abroad,the introduction of technology is becoming more and more difficult.Because the ability of independent innovation is far from meeting the needs of upgrading the industrial structure,both human capital and technological progress have shown an inhibitory effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure.Foreign direct investment,urbanization and infrastructure construction have played an obvious role in promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure.
