摘要
通过单因素试验,研究了壳聚糖改性棉织物橘皮色素染色工艺条件,借助傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电镜,分析了壳聚糖改性棉织物的化学官能团和纤维表面特征。结果表明,阳离子改性剂壳聚糖可接枝到棉针织物上。壳聚糖改性棉织物的最佳工艺为:5%乙酸溶解壳聚糖,壳聚糖改性液质量浓度15 g/L,改性温度90℃,改性时间40 min。壳聚糖改性棉织物橘皮色素染色的优化工艺为:橘皮色素质量浓度为0.12 g/L,媒染剂无水硫酸铜6%(omf),染色温度80℃,染色时间70 min,浴比1∶50。壳聚糖改性棉织物橘皮色素媒染后色牢度均在3~4级,可满足服用要求。
Dyeing process of chitosan modified cotton with orange peel pigment is carried out by single- factor experiments. The chemical functional groups and fiber surface characteristics of modified cotton fabric are characterized by FT-IR spectra and SEM photos. The results show that, chitosan can be grafted onto cotton knitted fabric. The optimal modification condition is: dissolving chitosan with 5% acetic acid, chitosan 15 g/L, modifying at 90 ℃ for 40 min. The optimal mordant dyeing process is: orange peel pigment 0.12 g/L, anhydrous copper sulfate 6%(omf), liquor ratio 1: 50, dyeing at 80 ℃ for 70 min. The color fastness of modified cotton is Grade 3-4, which can meet the wearable demands.
