摘要
针对天然染料染色棉织物上染率较低,色牢度较差的问题,采用阳离子改性剂HK对棉织物进行改性,改性后织物的物理机械性能没有明显改变;再将自制的核桃皮天然染料上染棉织物。通过单因素试验得到优化的染色工艺:染料用量200mL/L,染色温度60—70℃,染色时间60min,染液pH值10,浴比1:30。结果表明,用核桃皮天然染料对阳离子改性的棉纤维染色,毋需借助媒染剂就能达到较高的上染率和色牢度。
To solve the problems of low dye uptake and poor color fastness in cotton dyeing with natural dyes, a modifier HK is applied to treat the cotton fabric,and then dyeing process with natural dye extracted from walnut husk is carried out. Through the single-factor experiments, the optimized dyeing process is determined as follows: dye concentration 200 mL/L, dyeing at 60 -70 ℃ for 60 rain, pH value 10, bath ratio 1 : 30. The results show that the dyeings without mordant achieve high dye uptake and good color fastness.
