摘要
针对壳聚糖溶液对棉针织物的改性处理工艺,以及石榴色素对改性棉针织物的染色工艺进行了研究。结果表明:棉针织物的最佳改性处理工艺为壳聚糖改性液质量分数30%,温度70℃,时间40 min;改性棉针织物的最佳染色工艺为以明矾作媒染剂,采用后媒染色法,石榴色素用量2%(owf),染色温度70℃,染色时间50 min。
The modification of cotton knitted fabric with chitosan solution was studied,and the dyeing of the modified cotton knitted fabric with pomegranate pigment was studied.The results showed that the optimum dyeing process of cotton knitted fabric was as follows:chitosan modified solution of 30%at 70℃for 40 min,and alum as mordant,the amount of pomegranate pigment was 2%(owf),the dyeing temperature was 70℃,and the dyeing time was 50 min.
