棉织物阳离子改性工艺及染色性能探究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决天然染料在纯棉织物上上染率低和色牢度差的问题,用自制季铵基阳离子改性剂对棉纤维进行阳离子改性.通过单因素试验,探讨了改性剂浓度、碱剂浓度、改性温度及时间对改性纯棉织物K/S值的影响,确定出纯棉织物的最佳改性工艺条件;在最佳改性工艺条件下用4种天然染料对改性棉纤维和未改性棉纤维进行染色试验.结果表明改性剂改善了天然染料在棉织物上的染色性能,当改性剂浓度为15~20 g/L,改性温度为60~70℃,氢氧化钠浓度为6~9 g/L,改性时间为50~60 min时,K/S值显著提高,但匀染性并未得到明显改善,需深入研究. In order to solve the low fixation efficiency and color fastnesses of dyed cotton fabric, a quaternary ammonium salt cat- ionic modification agent was synthesized and applied to cotton. The influences of the concentration of modifiers, alkali concentration, modified temperature and time on the K/S value of modified cotton fabric were studied by single factor method. The optimal modifica- tion process for cotton fabric was determined. The modified and unmodified cotton fabric was dyed with four different kinds of natural dyes. The results indicated that the modifier improved the dyeing performance of nature dyes on cotton fabric. The K/S value of the dyed cotton used modifier increased obviously under the optimal conditions of modification agent content of 15-20 g/L, sodium hy- droxide content of 6-9 g/L, temperature of 60-70 ℃ and modified time of 50-60 min.
