摘要
为探讨泡沫染色最佳工艺,通过Plackett-Burman实验、最陡爬坡实验和Central Composite Design(CCD)实验,以K/S值和皂洗牢度作为染色效果响应值,研究了汽蒸温度、汽蒸时间、稳定剂浓度、碱剂浓度、泡比、带液率6个因素对泡沫染色效果的影响。结果表明:汽蒸温度、泡沫稳定剂浓度、汽蒸时间为显著影响因素,当汽蒸温度为147.5℃,稳定剂质量浓度为0.92 g/L,汽蒸时间为3.97 min时,K/S值达到最大,皂洗牢度达到4级。
The goal of this study was to explore the optimal foam dyeing proces. It adopted Plackett- Burman design, the steepest ascent experiment and central composite design (CCD) to investigate the impact of steaming temperature and time, stabilizer concentration, alkaline agent concentration, foam ratio, and wet pick-up ratio on the result of foam dyeing, using K/S values and soaping fastness as the response values. The results indicated that the steaming temperature, stabilizer concentration and steaming time were the significant factors that affected the foam dyeing effects. And when their values were set as 0.92 g/L, 147.5 ℃ and 3.97 min, respectively, K/S value reached the highest one and the washing fastness was up to rating 4.
