摘要
将不同量的桔皮粉加到植物油和猪油中 ,比较不同含量的桔皮粉对油脂的抗氧化性能 ,研究表明 ,桔皮粉具有较强的抗氧化活性 ,当桔皮粉在植物油中的含量为 0 .0 2 %和 0 .1%及在猪油中的含量为 0 .3%时 ,显示有强的抗氧化活性。
Orange peel powder of different quantity was put into vegetable oil and lard,antioxidation activity of several concentrations was commpared.Results showed that orange peel powder has better antioxidatin acivity,When its concentration accounts for 0.02%and0.1% in the vegetable oil,0.3% in the lard,orange peel powder has showed stronger antioxidation activity.
