流动儿童家庭教育环境与学习投入的关系模型建构及验证——基于广州大学城的实地调研 被引量:6

Construction and Verification of Relationship Model of Floating Children's Family Education Environment and Learning Investment:Based on the Field Survey of Guangzhou University City

摘要 本文以广州大学城的流动儿童为研究对象,首先运用扎根理论,深度访谈了小学教师、流动儿童家长及流动儿童共28人,提取17个开放性编码,构建家庭教育环境对流动儿童学习投入影响的关系模型。通过扎根理论定性分析发现,流动儿童的家庭教育环境包括家庭环境性因素和家庭教育性因素;学习投入则分为学习认知投入、学习情感投入和学习行为投入。接着,根据问卷调查数据,采用因子分析、回归分析验证扎根理论关系模型。定量研究表明:(1)家庭经济条件对流动儿童学习投入具有负向显著影响,而家庭文化背景、家庭居住环境和夫妻关系对流动儿童学习投入均无显著影响。(2)亲子关系、父母教育期许和教育方式对流动儿童学习投入具有显著的正向影响。(3)相比于家庭环境性因素,家庭教育性因素对流动儿童学习投入的影响更为显著。最后,根据实证研究结果本文提出改善流动儿童家庭教育环境、提高学习投入水平的对策建议。 This article takes migrant children in Guangzhou University City as the research object. Firstly, using grounded theory,we deeply interviewed 28 primary school teachers, migrant children's parents and migrant children, extracted 17 open codes, and constructed an influencing relationship model in family education environment for migrant children. Through the qualitative analysis of the grounded theory, it was found that the family education environment of migrant children includes family environment factors and family education factors; learning investment is divided into learning and cognitive input, learning emotional input and investment in learning behavior. Then, based on the questionnaire survey data, factor analysis and regression analysis were used to verify the rooted theoretical relationship model. Quantitative research shows that:(1)Family economic conditions have a significant negative impact on migrant children's learning investment, while family cultural background, family living environment, and husband-and-wife relationship have no significant impact on migrant children's learning input.(2) Parent-child relationship, parents' expectation for education, and educational methods have a significant positive impact on migrant children's learning input.(3) Compared with family environmental factors, family educational factors have a more significant impact on migrant children's learning investment. Finally,based on the results of empirical research, the author puts forward suggestions for improving the family education environment of migrant children and raising their investment level.
