摘要
基于对西方人性假设理论和一般激励理论的分析研究,并结合现代企业管理中的激励策略,总结并探讨了当代企业激励模式的有效性和适用性,以求为企业管理者在人员激励方面提供有益的启示。
Based on the analysis of Western human nature assumption theory and general motivation theory,combined with motivation tactics in modern management practice,the validity and applicability of employee motivation patterns were probed in order to propose some positive inspiration to managers engaged in motivating employee.
