摘要
为了充分调动科研人才的积极性和创造性,通过对当前科研院所的激励机制存在的问题进行分析,提出了科研院所对科研人员的激励措施。首先分析了科研院所激励机制存在着缺乏科学机制、分配不公平、重视表面,忽略能力等问题,然后提出了物质激励、精神激励、制度激励、股权激励等激励措施。实践应用表明,往往是物质激励、精神激励、制度激励、股权激励单一使用或综合使用,能有效增强科研人员的积极性、创造性,从而提高科研、生产工作效率,进而提高科研院所竞争力。
In order to fully arouse the R&D personnel vitality and creativity,analysed the incentive mechanism existing problems of the current scientific research institutes,incentive measures of scientific research institutes R&D personnel are proposed in this paper. First analyzed the incentive mechanism of scientific research institutes existing problems lack of scientific mechanism,the unfair distribution,attaches great importance to the surface,the ability to ignore etc,then such as material incentive,spiritual incentive,incentive system,equity incentive incentive measures have been proposed.Actual application shows that material incentive and spirit incentive,incentive system and equity incentive single use or comprehensive use,which can effectively enhance the R&D personnel vitality and creativity,to improve the efficiency of scientific research and production,and to enhance the competitive ability of scientific research institutes.
