摘要
校企合作质量是决定企业新型学徒制成败的重要因素。本文在北京市顺义区企业新型学徒制试点工作基础上提炼了校企双主体育人的"圆规模式",从办学思路、组织架构、人才培养过程、课程开发、实施保障等五个方面总结了工作经验。
New apprenticeship is an important policy of the government in the field of vocational education in recent years, and the quality of school-enterprise cooperation is an important factor to determine its success or failure. Based on the new apprenticeships pilot work in Shunyi district. A ＂compass model＂ is established, which includes educational idea, organization structure, training process, curriculum development, and implementation guarantee.
