摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜手术+糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病的临床疗效。方法选择福建省地质医院2016年1月—2017年4月收治的鼻息肉病患者130例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各65例。对照组患者采用鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、术中出血量、住院时间及疾病复发情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜手术+糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病的临床疗效确切,可明显减少术中出血量,促使患者尽早恢复,并降低术后复发率,改善患者预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery ＋ glucocorticoid in treating nasal polyposis.Methods A total of 130 cases of nasal polyposis patients were selected from January 2016 to April 2017 in Geological Hospital of Fujian Province,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,65 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with nasal endoscopy surgery,and the observation group were treated with glucocorticoid on the basis of control group.The clinical effect,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and relapse were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The patients in the observation group of intraoperative blood loss was less than control group,hospitalization time was shorter than control group（P〈0.05）.The postoperative recurrence rate of observation group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nasal endoscopy surgery ＋ glucocorticoid have an obviously clinical effect in the treatment of nasal polyposis,it can significantly reduce the intraoperative blood loss,promote patients recovery as soon as possible,reduce the postoperative recurrence rate,and improve patients prognosis.
